There is nothing that will silence a proper conspiracist.
You could actually put them on the moon - show them the hardware and they'd go "oh -it's been put there since the faked landings"
You could transport them back in time - show them it actually happening from the first person perspective - and they'd dismiss it as a government mind control experiment.
There is no limit to how idiotic and extreme a conspiracist will go to sustain their pet theory.
