The 'wood chipper' is actually a device to remove the neurons from canine brains that are capable of broadcasting happy thoughts at water.... these samples are 'harvested' and grown to power the large black flying triangles. The triangles then fly around and harrass and vivisect cattle and piss off farmers.... sometimes abducting them and sticking things in their butt...

The reason for this behavior is OBVIOUS....
