When will we start closing the borders?
Probably after it's too late.
Some of the specific sources in this story aren't the best, but the concept is so obvious and plausible that it would be ridiculous to think that mounting attacks from across our southern border has never occurred to our enemies.
This is probably Bush's weakest point in protecting the U.S. against terrorism.
