Hi Buck -

Thanks. It seems pretty certain that in all of this great efforts will be made to keep the US a reliable partner.

Using the ISS to test out shuttle derivative launchers and the new docking systems seems like a really good plan.

Raoul's note shows the type of concerns it is so easy to generate for no reason.
