You seem to be under some confusion here.
That is an article from a Telegraph reporter saying what he would LIKE to have done.
Not what is going to be done
Not what the public would like to be done
Not what politicians are going to do
It's just one journo's take on things
And half of it sounds like a BNP manifesto.
