Small diameter centrifuges
This would probably only be workable in a "therapy" type situation, with somebody sitting in a box that's spun for a certain amount of time a day.
The "living" small centrifuge idea, like what appeared in the "Discovery" in 2001, with people walking around normally, has a lot of inner ear problems due to Coriolis and other forces across such short distances. I have no idea if people can become accustomed to it, like ocean travel. One of many things we're supposed to be learning in LEO right now.
