Interesting heads up from the BBC about 2003 EL61, a new KBO found on old photos with a massive luminosity of +0.4 - brighter than Sedna - and a radius +1,500 km (depends on albedo.)

Abstract for Sept 2005 AAS meeting
...with the near IR spectra reported in the Abstract they'll be able to get a good idea of the albedo. I suspect it might be bigger than Pluto...
