Strong bones.
I'm not knocking the rate of growth but I'm concerned the economy is being revitalized by the same thing that moved the economy in the 90's- loose money. Low interest rates and eager lenders provided a doorway for people wanting to start a turnkey business.
Whatever happened to starting small, and growing by reinvesting your profits? Now it seems your business arrives at your door complete- in a big box labeled "ACME" and the goal is to make payroll and your loan payments and enjoy the rest.
It can't be very economically efficient when these businesses collapse and their assets have to be auctioned off.
