Number of car bombings in Iraq. Any number would be horrendous but mix in Iraq as flypaper for Saudi, Syrian and other ME terrorists plus a nice dose of religious civil war and you've got a 'volitile' situation. Meanwhile, Iraq continues to train its own police forces at an increasing rate. I'll leave it to the numerically unchallenged to do short term extrapolations.
