I suspect even you're well enough informed to know that the unprecedented request for 'documents' is a recently developed political tactic and not a serach for relevant biographical facts. Such recess appointments that you, Ted Kennedy and Lindy decry were made for HUNDREDS of positions by this and the prior administration. Why is it now suddenly such an outrage? Ah, BDS again rears its irrational head.
