55% See Humans on Mars Within a Generation
July 29, 2005--Fifty-five percent (55%) of Americans say that humans will walk on Mars within the next 25 years. Twenty-six percent (26%) say a Mars walk is not very likely while 15% say it is not at all likely.
A Rasmussen Reports survey also found that 71% of Americans say it is likely that humans will be back on the moon within 25 years.
