re: note to REB, More ideas

First, let me say that I am not associated with any groups, religious, political, or otherwise.

Second, I am not advocating any changes to the words or meanings that are written in the Bible.

In other words, the writings in the Bible should be kept as pure as possible, the original meaning of the words should be adhered to as closely as possible in any translation.

Third, the reason I am expressing my views here are two fold. First, because the subject matter has come up for discussion here, therefore, I'd like to put my two cents worth in. Second, I find the subjects of religion and various branches of science very interesting, exchanging information on these subjects will give me a better understanding of reality.

I'd call this a review of my understanding of the Book of Genesis.

a) I believe that a Creator "God" caused all of the space and mass throughout the Universe to come into existence.

From a scientific view point, I have at least two different ways to "believe" what the truth of the matter is.
One is that the space and mass of the universe has existed forever and will continue to do so, or I can believe that God created space and mass. I choose to believe that God created space and mass.

b) I believe that the modern word space is equivalent to the Biblical word "heaven" and the modern word mass is equivalent to the Biblical word "earth."

c) I believe that the words "(C1: #2): And the earth was without form, and void;" as written in the Book of Genesis refers to the condition of the mass within space that had just come into existence.

d) I believe that the words "darkness was upon the face of the deep" as written in the Book of Genesis refers to the condition of the totality of the created space and mass. The highlighted "was" refers to the fact that such a condition was possible right after the creation of space and mass.

e) I believe that the words "And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." as written in the Book of Genesis, refers to the condition when space and mass allready existed and the "Spirit of God" caused the still stationary mass to move within space.

f) I believe that the words "(C1: #3): And God said, Let there be light: and there was light." Refers to the origination of all possible frequencies or vibrations of the created essence of mass, known as "earth" in Genesis.
Movement of mass can be very slow or its vibration can be very low, sound is of a higher frequency and that happens when something is said, light is of a much higher frequency. Perhaps this refers to the biggest of the Big Bangs where all sorts of frequencies would be created.

g) In C1: #4 the book tells us that the totality of space is divided into areas of light and darkness.
Remember that this part of the book is still explaining the beginning of the Universe. In other words there is an area somewhere in the limitless space where no light exists.

h) In C1: #5 the book tells us that after the first division of light from darkness there was no total darkness or "Night" in our universe anymore, only evening and morning. The evening and morning could be referring to the expansion and collapse of galactic systems.

Further on the Book explains how the space and mass is distributed in the universe.

Remember that this is the explanation of the beginning of the Universe and galaxies, not until verse #10 is there a mention of a planet which is designated with the capitalized word Earth, but in my opinion that Earth was not this planet Earth that we live on.
I suspect that this planet Earth that we live on evolved (was created) in the sixth expansion of our part of the Universe where our galaxy exists.

IF the Bible contains the TRUTH and IF my interpretation is correct, then the scientiststs will come to the same conclusion WHEN they find enough evidence to convince themselves of the reality of it.

This is only a partial explanation of my belief.

PS. Einstein's theory of relativity can be derived from the information contained in the Book of Genesis.
