These evasive platitudes remaind me of John Forbes Kerry's alleged positions on Iraq. All multi-syllabic words with zero tactical or strategic content. But they sounded deep to those deeming themselves so much more intelligent that the Bush rabble. 'Global Test' comes to mind.
