And wasn't surprised. Another faux pas of this administration.

We have been known to train our enemies and sell them mad weapons, make money off them and then make war on them. It's really a good business move. Keeps the old defense industries and it's cronies in business. You just have to control the seat of power (White House, CIC, Congress and the Supreme Court) to keep those dollars rolling in.

Doesn't matter if your company is corrupt re-constructing those poor damn countries that have done business with us, because not only will we empty your banks, but we'll make good portions of your re-construction monies disappear too. We'll charge you more for your natural resources in the end, dump our unwanted depleted uranium in your streets, and tell you you've got freedom.

People eat this up on both sides. They really can't see that it's all just a shell game to keep the masses ignorant while the guys at the top make all the money and keep all the power.

It's brilliant really, but that's capitalism for you........and shows you what is possible in a "democracy". Just wait, after a couple of decades of freedom and democracy, you TOO will have your rulers who are making all the money, cutting back on your education, health care and pension plans, while managing the content of your newspapers and media and accusing you of being a traitor if you should howl at their tactics.
