In fact, I have seen several lawsuits in Canada where this discussion came and the expert testimony elicited there affirmed the euphoric and hallucinogenic effects of ingesting marijuana. Also, Marinol (synthetic THC) is designed to be ingested whole and not crushed and smoked as is sometimes done.
