This sounds very bad
We shouldn't be telling the Iraqi's how to write their constitution, but if they choose an islamic state we should immediately withdraw all of our forces. Americans shouldn't die for a society that discriminates against non-muslims and women.
I hope iraqi voters reject this new constitution if it indeed does have a clause saying Islam is "the" source of legislation and not "a" source.
