It seems macabre to try to spin this quagmire that even the Bushies have given up on into any sort of a success. Too many innocent lives have been lost, and that includes US military personnel wasted by Bush, et al.
Tragic that anyone can still think in terms of "winning". Unless one owns stock in Halliburton.
