Look RL and all moderators. There are times when an off topic post has it's place in any of the forums even if it verges on a flame.

Grondine is hovering around The Space Arena Board using the alias of Marvin the Martian and we all know how ironic that is!

And that I saw a need to inform those in Space that he lurked there is reasonable.

I wouldn't have carried it any further except Nemo did. Still I was done and asked Nemo to actually stop hijacking the thread himself and in support of keeping the thread on topic gave my views on Monte's article.

Want to further the content of the thread I suggest you reply about Monte's article instead of warning me how close I came to being put here on Flame!


You know Ed has been banned for a month, it is unfair to attack him when he cannot defend himself. I am sure if Ed is up to his old tricks on another board those here are smart enough to realize it if they go there.

The only point your post serves is to flame Ed, which is pointless since he cannot post here and thus is not an issue here.

When you make posts like that you are in essense goading Ed to violate his banning, this just makes things unpleasant for everyone- especially the moderators!

P.S. In the future the best place for complaints on moderation is 'Community' your post was not a 'Flame' but a complaint.

Take it from someone that has learned to control his urges to flame and attack certain posters, adopting a zen-like attitude of peace and love is far more healty and rewarding.
