Would $1B IMAX mission to mars be commercially fundable?
Could planet earth support a mission to get tremendous footage of features like olympus mons and valles Marineris? I know you couldn't keep me away from paying $20 bucks to go see IMAX of some of the most stunning sights in the solar system. How many others would do same? This is just thinking stimulated by the recent MER ascent of a rather pedestrian hill, and how we are all rapt by those views.
