Situation has its own logic, or lack thereof. I was at Disneyworld yesterday and the price of gas was 12 cents cheaper than at my home.

Good example of capitalism at work. In my county the gas distributors know each other and can sit down and have coffee together. No need for competition, only compulsion is to keep the "good ole boy" network thriving.
