pretty darn cool
I've seen a lot of aircraft in my time, but you scooped me with that weather balloon.
Best I can do (besides a B2 flyover two summers ago) is this morning's squadron of four A-10s flying low in wide circles centered a little south of here, so that they came nearly over the house, repeatedly. Made me wonder if they were protesting the closure of the 131st Fighter Wing and the transfer of its A-10's to Whiteman AFB.
Oh, and last week's return of the Ford Tri-Motor that was here a year ago.
