There was a story in the Boble where God sent his wrath on a people and wiped out everything of theirs, including the cows. And Jesus got mad at a fruit tree that didn't bear fruit for him to eat, so he cursed it to eternal fruitlessness. Yikes!

God was a real tough cookie in the Old Testament. None of this wussie peace and love and get along with your enemies crap. It was worship me my way or the highway... to hell! He even punished Moses when he made water appear when he wasn't supposed to.

Supposedly God has the entire Universe at his command, and yet he gets so upset when the tiny talking monkeys on this little blue rock don't follow his every rule. And we get 70 or so years to get our acts together, otherwise we are sent to a realm where we suffer for eternity. In a Universe that is 13.7 billion years old, 70 years is not a heck of a lot of time to learn much in comparison.
