There are those who would say that the temperature and humidity conditions which hurricanes feed on, and the Coriolis effect that gets them spinning, is all God's handiwork.
I am not one, but I allow for context.
Where such as "Reverend" Shanks cross the line from faith to arrogance is when they claim they know what God intends. He's not the only one.
