And it is Conspiracy nut BS.

Last night the President committed the Federal Government to not only rebuild New Orleans, but help the regions poor. So if you believe this stupid conspiracy theory, then why would the Feds destroy a city and then be so eager to rebuild it.

Maybe the UFO's did it. Or Elvis. Or big foot.

Or perhaps it was wind and water. There was a hurricane going on after all.
