Instead we had someone in charge who knows a lot about horse management, which may be how he got the job (judging by his resume, real and imagined) in the first place.

And Brown lost THAT job because of lawsuits resulting from mismanagement...

Tom: In WHAT WAY do you think this guy was qualified?! Would YOU appoint him to the position he held?
