If an anti-abortion march was funded by, say, some neo-Nazi group, that would be announced in newspapers in six-inch headlines, and the fact that some marchers in the group didn't happen to be neo-Nazis would be tossed to the wayside.

If an oil company funded a march to open ANWR, would you have a problem with that, even if some of the marchers had their own reasons for supporting it?
