Insisting upon the removal of images of a familiar farm animal is ridiculous. Using a religious structure to advertize a weapon is unbelievably inappropriate.
I disagree with your observation about Islam and terrorism, though. I know some Muslims. I can easily associate them with Islam, and just as easily not associate them with terrorism. In fact, one of them I associate very strongly with Pokemon. The problem with associating Islam with terrorism is the same kind of overgeneralization that associates mere images of pigs with defilement. We really don't need to become extremists to fight extremists.
