The phrase " Who's we, ya got a turd in tour pocket?" is a metaphore. It suggests that a person assumed as included in a "We" statement, doesn't agree that they should be. Usually used in limited groups, my use of it suggest a more limited audience than is applicable here. Please excuse my clumsy attempt at a civil (and mildly humorous) disagreement.
