The recent U.N. report said 24,000.

The left-wing site "IraqBodyCount" has tallied a maximum of about 30,000, including all those killed by terrorists and criminals.

And sorry, as with the Katrina deaths, people can't justify a flat-assed lie by saying the much lower real number is "just as bad."
