What a terrible story...
I hope they arrested the responsible moron(s), through him in jail, and castrated him to prevent him from infecting the gene pool.
Ahh but probably not...No doubt the individual or individuals responsible have probably gone on through life in denial of thier stupidity, and as such been allowed to kill others (and/or if society is lucky, themselves)through other society sanctioned acts of complete stupidity such as drunk driving.
