One could spray from the inside of an inflatible structue. Reinforcing would come from synthetic lines on chords on the inside of the dome.
But this is really more than is needed. The simple thing to do is to take the supply modules, and bury them with regolith when empty.
The necessary item is some kind of enclosed rover euqipped with a crane arm to move the modules and equipped with a scoop to bury them.
