He rambles to the point of incoherence.
I often wonder if he is posting in this rambling manner as some sort of joke… Of course the joke is really on him. Or maybe we should all feel sorry for him…I don’t know.
I’m surprised they have internet connections in the kookoo's nest, but since they apparently do, we a stuck with one completely insane poster boy named EP.
