I strongly disagree with some stances Robert's taken and his occasional lack of consistency. And if those issues come back up I will speak up again. However I believe on the whole he is a good moderator and bear him no ill will. If you'll review my recent comments regarding the RL/Robert feud you'll find I'm mostly siding with Robert despite RL taking up some of my previous points for the first time. Review some of the later ones on the terrorist topic. Most of them were civil. Robert and I were able to tone it down without a long pause for breath. That long recent tirade against Robert was a reflection of my strong feelings on the topic not strong feelings against him.

I've gotten irritated with smarmy comments from you and responded in a similar fashion as I do with most posters in similar circumstances. As with most posters I'm usually over it as quick as the topic ends, someone changes their tune, or on occasion it looks like a case of over reaction to me latter. There's may be some bleed over into other cocurrent threads from time to time as possible in your case which I'm not proud of and don't wish to make a habit of.

Not sure who you were referring to with regard to nameless but I'll respond to a few obvious guesses. I've never really strongly disliked BDG despite strong disagreements because I think there's a significant chance he really sees himself as defender of the planet even if he's potentially harming that cause in reality. Some people have their heart in the right place but lack the brains to head in the right direction. I think it would be fair to claim I had a Vendetta against EP at one time, but I got over that when I saw that the board didn't need me to see what a fool he was. I mistook lack of response for tacit support or uncertainty. When I decided I was wasting my time and gave others a chance to speak their true feelings became readily apparent and I felt rather foolish for droning on so much. I hope Chris comes to a similar realization soon. I love needling KC because he can be such an ass, but I do think he's a valuable source of information for space fans and appreciate his contributions. I regret deeply that he no longer posts in the fine technical fashion I know he's capable of. I have absolutely 0 respect for DL, and don't care much for his personality, but he just isn't worth the effort of a Vendetta.
