My thoughts went more toward the theme from "Have Gun, Will Travel."

Not to belittle your post. Clearly Saddam's trial is of huge importance. It'd be even more important, though, if the defense wasn't getting so badly shafted. If it's not a fair trial, then it's only smoke-n-mirrors.
