I think Tom's got a great attitude toward all of this. It's difficult sometimes, but we just can't afford to take it personally...and of course it's best when we don't intend it personally as well.

Even when you get zinged (and I have been well and truly zinged many, many times) ya just gotta let it go. As a friend of mine used to say "You can win an argument on the internet and still be a weapons-grade idiot." So in the end, what does it really matter?
