Slight paranoia...
IBM's Thinkpads are apparently now under the corporate umbrella of a Chinese company called Lenovo. Every now and then, the Microsoft update function offers me an unspecific system upgrade from Lenovo. I've installed one.
Maybe the idea of unspecific upgrades to my computer from China bothers me more than it should.
