Would you like to have Iran in control over content?
Highly unlikely but there are a lot of 'what if' scenarios that could come out of our giving up control of the internet. There's nothing to say that the "Internationals" might not decide to start charging us for use. If that happens here, at least we can scream and shout at our elected representatives and Senators. In Europe, they'd thumb their collective noses at us and laugh all the way to the Swiss bank.
