for returning anything back from the Moon? The use of US dollar numbers would be okay here.
Couldn't this be done by robots? And done cheaper?
May either ocean floor nodules or antartica provide cheaper alternative sources for PGM?
Maybe if the system is put in place for "other purposes", then PGM and He3 might work, but my guess is not so otherwise.
