As reported previously, Democrats have invoked invoked the Infamous Rule 21. This obscure rule has been used by the Democrats to take over the Senate in what some sources claim is a diabolical ploy to Derail the nomination of an Italian American to the highest court in the land.

The Senate Democrats, once called on the issue by members of their own party, and many angry Republicans, have now begun an UNPRECEDENTED Filibuster of the Senate in an attempt to keep Rule 21 in force against overwhelming opposition.

The Democrats, wrapped in secrecy of Rule 21 are attempting to corner the Republicans in congress with the threat that a special prosecutor will be assigned to ferret out any member of the Senate who leaks details of the closed door session, or the related Filibuster that has occured behind the closed doors of the Senate.

According to our unnamed sources within the chamber, It appears that the ploy being used by the Democrats is NOT related in any way to the Valarie Plame CIA leak, as was been previously reported by this and other news networks.

Our very reliable sources tell us that this rare invocation of Rule 21, and 1st ever invocation of a Filibuster wrapped within Rule 21, is a clever political trick that is in reality the firing of a “first strike nuclear salvo” by the Democrat Harry Reid, against the Republicans who have previously blustered about invoking the “nuclear option” with regard to the nomination of pro-life Supreme Court justices.

Reid, on the Floor of the Senate, while leading the Filibuster, was unavailable for comment.

This is truely an eventful day on capital hill and we will continue to follow events closely, so keep tuned to this website.

One of the many topics we are following is that sources within CNN are telling us that several Democrats within the chamber are leaking classified information to them in an attempt to spin their cause.
