With some people one must be very direct. They have trouble with abstractions, as sarcasm is.
Have to remind 'em, be succinct, simple words, that sort of thing. And, kind, thoughtful fellow that I am, I oblige. Don't want any misunderstanding, don't want 'em to think they're acceptable.
I am just one damned decent SOB, y'know? Always thinking of the other fellow. Hope the house stuff is working out. Am remodelling mine, and it's in the grueling stage.
