More is still coming out every day, and believe me, the culprits are not turning out to be what you might hope for.

When the rest of this is investigated, it will be found that local politics was up to its elbows in this, something those who knew about New Orleans figured out over a month ago.
Now they want billions to build newer and better levees. Hopefully, somebody will see that the money doesn't flow to the same contractors.
