Don't pin this on all Republicans
This is clearly a sub-segment of the party that has their own agenda. Statistically they are a minority in the Republican party. They are merely organized greater and clustered in certain communities and states.
Let's call a fundamentalist a fundamentalist and use more precise terminology.
