Heat exchange.
I was thinking along the lines as using some kind of two or three tiered heat exchange.
Have something like water for the heat exchange with the equipment. On the outside of this exchange, something like liquid lead to exchange the heat with Venus atmosphere. Of course, lead is heavy.
