If it's IMPORTANT enough, or serves the right political agenda, it isn't a crime any more.
Look, I'm not saying the leaks ARE crimes. That has to be decided by investigations. But they should be treated no differently.
Again, it's amazing how liberals suddenly backed water on their concern for "national security" when they had something to gain by blowing a CIA operation and endangering lives in a time of war.
The hypocrisy of the Left on this kind of thing is staggering. I remember when those memos were released showing the Democrats using judiciary and intelligence committees as political weapons. The only thing the Democrats howled about was how the memos got out, and that their release was a criminal act.
