Go back and read the indictment again.
Libby would have been nailed for lying about what kind of car he owned. The lie was the issue.
Fitzgerald knows all about who told reporters about Plame, both Libby and the unnamed persons in the indictment. Yet, nobody was indicted for actually doing that. Get over it.
