Wasn't a civil war predicted? Even before the invasion?
I do believe so.
"Suicide bomber attacks funeral processesion"
"At least 36 dead, 50 injured; separate market attack kills 13"
But these, I'm sure, are just isolated attacks, not like a real "war". Not like "terrorism", the war the US is fighting. Nope, not a civil war at all.
Sort of like quagmire. Can't be one, yet we can't get out.
