Like the USSR, China is a power of OUR making.
The USSR became a super power due to lend lease. We gave the Soviets over 100,000 heavy machine tools. Many of their Cold War weapons were made on presses, lathes, and other machines with "Made in the USA" stamped on them. China is no different. Where would China be today without all of the American companies setting up factories and offices there?
