This looks pretty slick.

Of course, the real trick is trying to prevent the disaster in the first place, in other words, giving sufficient warning so that the effects of a natural disaster can be limited. For example, with many years of warning about the severity of hurricanes, levees can be built, and architecture adopted to limit the losses when a major hurricane hits.
