No amount of warning
Can prepare for the aftermath of what happened like in NO this past summer. Just found out FEMA was downgraded from stand alone staus to a section of HOMELAND SECURITY, now that after 9/11(WORKED GREAT BACK THEN< EH?) and with allot of carreer workers jumping ship , no wonder that debacle after NO happened. Clinton had it right when he put in EO people from Arkansas, ones that can hit the ground running and not faulter on the time for response. So give the Public safety officials all the info they need, but the aftermath will speak volumes on how it is handeled after the disaster
