If I'm a trooper my moral is probably affected and I may agree or disagree with the criticism.

The question was do you think the criticizm affects moral. Seventy percent think it does. I think that implies exactly nothing. It certainly doesn't imply that the criticizm results in the troops thinking they are wasting their lives nor does it imply there should not be criticizm

If you took a poll of the troops, most probably think the critics are simply wrong. It it is demoralizing but not disabling. They can handle it like anyone else.

Troops tend to think like troops when they on the other side of the Rubicon.
